ABOUT THE SPACe
To celebrate Phenomenal Women, Group Black’s 2023 Cannes theme, we created a space-themed speakeasy asking ourselves "What would happen if we supported black women sooner?" The answer: More of them could have reached space by now. We made this reality come to life by reimagining iconic Black leaders as space cadets through afro-futuristic AI.
Named after Mae Jemison, the first black female in space, we built an empowering and inviting environment where everyone wanted in.
